Lonsdale Capital Partners is preparing to launch a new roll-up opportunity in Ireland of general practitioner practices in a move that could shake up the market. Currently, most general practitioners in Ireland are independent, and the entry of Lonsdale into the sector would follow private equity trying to consolidate other industries in the country including accountancy firms, dental services, insurance brokers and cybersecurity among other sectors.
