The High Court has ordered the winding up of GA Development Fund, an Icav sub-fund involved in the beleaguered €475 million Camden Yard development in Dublin. Myles Kirby, the managing partner of Kirby Healy Chartered Accountants, has been appointed as liquidator. Mr Justice Oisín Quinn granted the directors of GA Developments Dublin, the Icav which acts on behalf of the sub-fund, an extended period of six weeks to file their statement of affairs.
