The liquidators of several companies controlled by Colm Wu have provided details to court of a series of transactions that appear “entirely improper and amount to frauds” on his businesses. Accountants Myles Kirby and Padraic O’Malley are seeking a ream of orders against Wu personally, including disqualifying him as a company director, after conducting a detailed examination of financial accounts related to the entities NCR Property, Clifton Court Hotel, and Castor Ventures.
