Developer KC Capital, which is suing its concrete supplier for €13.8 million, claiming defective concrete, has been granted leave to amend its statement of claim to include “allegations of fraudulent misrepresentation and/or deceit.” Concrete supplier Keegan Quarries Ltd has denied all allegations and said it at all times delivered concrete as ordered by the original contractor, Grant Fit Out, before it was replaced on the job by Townlink.
