The Commercial Court has admitted four cases against the Irish insurer FBD to its list and expedited a full hearing for October in a matter described as both “urgent” and “important”. The court heard today that Lemon & Duke, the Dublin pub run by the publican Noel Anderson, is set to begin mediation with the insurer.
