A Dublin law firm that acted for one of the owners behind the Polo Stores retail chain is now suing the businessman in what appears to be a dispute over fees allegedly owed. On Wednesday AMOSS Solicitors filed a summary summons against Max Bulgakov, a Russian national, who is currently embroiled in a serious legal dispute with the retail business’s co-owner Ukrainian national Alexandr Vakiy.
