An investment wrangle involving two solicitors trying to stop two properties in Phibsborough being put up for sale by a receiver has been fast-tracked into the Commercial Court. Beechpark Avenue Ltd, a commercial property entity owned by Eddie O’Connor and Valerie Buckley, principals of Dublin 15 law firm of O’Connor Buckley Solicitors (OCB Solicitors), is alleged to have defaulted on a €1 million loan facility.
