Clonbio Green Gas Ltd, the holding entity for the Green Generation group of three companies operating a recycling and renewable gas business in Nurney, Co Kildare, has invited the appointment of KPMG restructuring partner Cormac O’Connor as receiver. The appointment was confirmed on Monday afternoon on foot of a €12 million debt facility advanced to the group by the Irish Strategic Investment Fund (Isif) in 2022 and secured on all three operating subsidiaries of Clonbio Green Gas.
