A business owned by cybersecurity entrepreneur Eoin Goulding is seeking judgment against businessman Ruairi Kelleher for €2.86 million and alleging breach of contract. Gleelation Investments Ltd, a vehicle owned by Goulding, the founder of cybersecurity firm Integrity360, is suing RCD Investment Holdings Ltd and its majority owner Ruairi Kelleher on foot of a commercial loan facility.
