The Irish-owned insurance broker, City Financial Marketing (CFM) Group, has been acquired by AssuredPartners in a €100 million deal. The business, which trades under multiple popular brands including insuremyhouse.ie, insuremyvan.ie and coverinaclick.ie, places €70 million gross written premium per annum.  It employs 110 people and staff costs inclusive of directors’ salaries stood at €7.9 million in 2023 according to its most recent accounts.
