Food service companies in Ireland have been struggling. Some have been forced to ask for formal help to avoid insolvency through Scarp. On Wednesday, March 12, another two companies joined their ranks. The Small Companies Administrative Rescue Process (Scarp) allows companies which have short-term financial problems but are deemed to be fundamentally viable to call for help with restructuring.
