Rippling, a human resources services company valued at $13 billion, has named in court the Irish employee it alleges disclosed “trade secrets and proprietary and confidential information” for the benefit of a rival company, Deel, another multi-billion-dollar HR software firm. Barrister Marcus Dowling, senior counsel, acting for Rippling, disclosed the identity of the employee based in the Dublin office in an ex parte (one side only) action in the High Court last Friday.
