A row over the evidence in an alleged corporate espionage case at US human resources services giant Rippling may be resolved this week, the High Court has been told. Keith O’Brien, the alleged spy, was hired in the Dublin office of the US human resources services giant, valued at $13 billion, as a global payroll compliance manager in July 2023. He has been accused of leaking Rippling’s “trade secrets and proprietary and confidential information” to rival US HR company Deel.
