The Minister for Arts Partick Donovan acted fast on foot of the release of his department’s report on lack of oversight of the Art Council’s failed €6.5 million IT project in mid-February. On February 25, Donovan laid out the terms for an external expert review of governance and organisational culture in the Arts Council.
