The row over business interruption insurance claims over Covid-19 has escalated. The Press Up group’s Devlin Hotel is taking a case against RSA Insurance and its corporate broker, Arachas. Up to now, the dispute had centred on pubs’ claims against FBD insurance. This would be the first case of a hotel taking an insurance company to court over business interruption insurance.
