As the alleged Dublin espionage dispute between HR multinationals Rippling and Deel escalated in the High Court this Wednesday with Deel Inc being joined as a defendant to the case at the request of Rippling, an affidavit by Keith O’Brien, the man accused of spying on Rippling, shed new light on recent events. The court has also joined Deel’s chief executive Alexandre “Alex” Bouaziz and the company’s lawyers Andrea David Mieli and Asif Malik as co-defendants.
