In the warm and unexpected Dublin sun, South William Street was thronged with tourists and workers taking advantage of the good weather to eat lunch outside this Thursday.  The cafés in the Powerscourt Town House were full and people sat on the wide granite steps to drink their coffee and pass the lunch hour in the fresh air.
