A security for costs motion is being brought against Michael Flatley by former insurers of his Co Cork mansion Castlehyde to “embarrass” the Riverdance star, the Commercial Court has been told. The insurers are defendants in a circa €30 million damages lawsuit the entertainer has brought over the alleged detection of hazardous chemical residue at the period property following renovation works that took place after a fire at the mansion in June 2016.
