Chinese mining giant Ganfeng Lithium is to take full ownership of an Irish mining project after its Canadian partner sold its stake. Vancouver-headquartered International Lithium Corp (ILC) has outlined plans to dispose of its stake in the Avalonia project, spread across Wicklow and Carlow, after no regulatory issues were raised in Canada.
