Ethos Care, a nursing home operating business backed by Lugus Capital, is in talks to acquire Sonas, a nursing home group with 12 nursing homes nationwide.  Ethos Care, which was formed two years ago and is led by former Irish rugby international and elderly care executive Mick O’Driscoll, is buying the group as part of a larger plan to become a major player in the Irish nursing home industry.
