The plug may have been pulled on Ireland’s Immigrant Investor Programme more than two years ago but the Irish Diaspora Loan Fund (IDLF) is on the hunt for investors for a new fund. The IDLF, which was established to assist IIP investors, has raised some funding for its third fund, though it remains unclear what the fund will be exactly in a post-IIP environment.
