A real estate business in Lucan has filed judicial review proceedings against permission granted to the National Transport Authority (NTA) to compulsorily purchase part of its property on Donnybrook Road for a bicycle stand for the BusConnects route from Bray. To date, An Bord Pleanála has granted planning permission to the NTA for most of the 12 corridors that make up the flagship transportation project in the capital.
