The owners of the Holiday Inn Hotel in Swords have lodged a judicial review against An Bord Pleanála after the board turned down their plans to keep using its 248-space car park near Dublin airport. As previously reported, the hotel, situated 3.5 kilometres from the airport, was offering park-and-fly services at a charge of €10 per day with an eight-minute shuttle ride to the flight terminals.
