Deel, the HR software firm accused of corporate espionage in Dublin by its rival Rippling, has filed a countersuit in the Superior Court in the US state of Delaware. The firm, valued at more than $12 billion, said it has filed a motion to dismiss Ripping’s action against it in the United States on “forum non conveniens grounds”.
