The City Capital Group, a property investment company owned by Israeli businessman Ofer Kerzner, is buying Univermag Ukrainia, a shopping centre in the heart of Kyiv that was previously owned by Sean Quinn. The shopping centre is being sold by accountants Eamonn Richardson and Kieran Wallace, the special liquidators of the former Anglo Irish Bank, who took over the shopping centre on the state’s behalf after Quinn went bankrupt.
