The commercial division of the High Court heard today that Revolut is intending to take a neutral position on US HR giant Rippling’s request for an order to disclose information to it, meaning it will neither agree to nor contest the order. The court also learned that Rippling is anticipating using the information it expects to learn from Revolut in its US proceedings.
