Stripe has waded into the troubles of 777 Partners with a lawsuit in the US over services provided to the investment firm’s failed Australian airline. 777 Partners is the Miami-based investment firm that attempted to buy Everton FC for $700 million (€621 million), but since then, the firm has buckled under debts, investigations and lawsuits.
