Senior officials from the Arts Council will face scrutiny before the Public Accounts Committee next Thursday about what went wrong with the body’s failed multi-million euro IT project. Maureen Kennelly, the director of the Arts Council, the body’s most senior executive, will appear before the committee, as will Maura McGrath, the recently appointed board chair.
