US-based Irish businessman Maurice Regan launched a “full-frontal attack” on the sale of a Co Tipperary estate to bloodstock billionaire John Magnier, the High Court was told. So much so that local estate agent John Stokes appeared “visibly shaken” when he visited Magnier following calls from Regan, lawyers for the Coolmore boss claim.
