Brightflag, the Irish legal software company, is being acquired for €425 million. The Dutch Euronext-listed IT services firm Wolters Kluwer, which specialises in legal, accounting and finance software, is buying the company in a cash deal. Brightflag launched in 2015 and develops software for corporate legal teams with AI tools to manage spending and analytics. Over the last decade, the company has amassed several big-name clients, including tech companies like Uber, from its offices in Dublin, New York and Sydney.
