Merger talks between law firms Eversheds Sutherland Ireland and William Fry have dramatically ended. The decision to end talks comes following months of internal tension, which led to a number of partners in Eversheds Sutherland Ireland deciding not to leave, causing the deal to be pulled.  In a statement issued at 3.37 pm, Eversheds Sutherland Ireland said: “Eversheds Sutherland Ireland and William Fry have been in exploratory discussions regarding a possible combination.
