A man sanctioned recently by the EU after his web hosting businesses were implicated in Kremlin-linked cyberattacks has an Irish-registered company. Ivan Neculiti runs various web hosting services whose servers have allegedly been used in cyberattacks and disinformation campaigns by Russia. In its recent 17th package of sanctions aimed at Russia, issued last month, the EU sanctioned Neculiti, his brother Iurie and their UK company Stark Industries.
