MagrowTec, an agritech company, has secured up to €20 million in funding for its crop spraying technology business. The Dublin-based company has developed magnetic crop spraying technology to help farmers more effectively spray crops. Documents filed recently with the Companies Registration Office outline that the company has raised convertible secured loan notes that could come in at €20 million. The financing comes from a Dutch vehicle ultimately owned by Frank Van Bezooijen, an existing shareholder and board member.
