It is proving a busy year on the legal front for San Leon Energy, the oil and gas explorer, headed up by former telecoms entrepreneur Oisin Fanning. The company has just lodged a High Court action against Brightwaters Energy Ltd, a Nigerian-registered business that offers onshore and offshore construction services.
