“Perennially cash-strapped”. That’s one of the ways that Irish marketing tech company Swrve is described in a long-running legal saga in the US. Followers of the company’s woes over many years will be familiar with its regular near-death experiences as cash reserves dried up. Swrve was acquired more than two years ago by a rival firm, which appeared to draw a line under the company’s story.
