A Commercial Court row for negligence and breach of contract has erupted five years after the Legionaries of Christ agreed a deal to sell land in south Dublin for €23 million. The 2.6 hectares (6.5 acres) of lands known as Rocklands are on Leopardstown Road in Sandyford and were sold to Rimor Magna, a holding company with a registered address in the Dublin Docklands. The court heard that a contract was entered into in April 2020 with the payment of a €2.3 million deposit.
