Deel, the HR software giant accused of allegedly paying a “spy” based in the Dublin office of a rival company, has filed its defence against an action being taken against it in Dublin. The 17-page response replies to each of the various allegations being made against it by rival Rippling, which has claimed that Deel paid a former employee, Keith O’Brien, to pass on “confidential” commercial information.
