Businessman Mark Reihill is pressing ahead with a legal action against the French telco entrepreneur Stephane Fund, seeking the repayment of a €1.3 million loan plus interest.  Reihill, according to an affidavit filed with the High Court, lent Fund €1.98 million in November 2021, and he claims this was due to be repaid by Fund in the sum of €500,000 before February 1 2022, followed by a second €500,000 by June 1 2022, and a final €980,000 by December 1 2022.  According to Reihill, the French businessman repaid the first €500,000 on time and then made a partial repayment of…
