The liquidator of Altada has written to shareholders of the company telling them that he is investigating a transaction where an attempt was made to licence the intellectual property of the company to a related company. Accountant John Healy of Kirby Healy said this related company was 90 per cent owned by the company’s founders, Allan Beechinor and his wife Niamh Parker, but was not part of the Altada Group.
