Irish marketing tech company Promotional Payments Solutions is being acquired by a London-listed firm for €7.5 million. Promotional Payments Solutions is a Dublin-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) company that builds a marketing platform for retailers and brands to manage digital coupons and other customer engagement strategies. Eagle Eye, another marketing tech company, is acquiring the company for a net consideration of €5.5 million. The total consideration is €7.5 million and includes receipt of €2 million of unrestricted cash on Promotional Payments Solutions’ balance sheet.
