Irish convenience food and beverage investment company Kerga has acquired German premium ready-to-drink specialist Münsterland J. Lülf. This is the second acquisition by Kerga, a joint venture between BiaVest, an Irish specialist food investment group, and Development Capital, an Irish growth capital fund. Kerga’s first acquisition was Donegal-based yoghurt maker Nomadic Dairy. It ultimately wants to build a European portfolio of nourishing convenience food and beverage businesses.  Münsterland is a 100-year-old business that produces premium non-carbonated drinks for international brands, including co-manufacturing Jimmy’s Iced Coffee.
