Freezing orders have been secured against Tempelogue-based liquidator David Kennedy and related entities, ordering them not to reduce their assets below €800,000. The temporary orders were made on an ex parte basis, meaning that neither Kennedy nor the other parties against which the orders were secured were represented in court. Freezing orders have also been made against two specified Bank of Ireland accounts. The matter is due to return before Justice Brian Cregan next Tuesday, after the orders are served.
