An anonymous American “Jane Doe” is one of the lead plaintiffs in a class-action lawsuit in Alabama, in the United States, against the adult website PornHub.  Her Irish barrister appeared in the High Court on Monday to explain why she has also taken a case in Ireland against 12 companies connected with the Aylo group, the publisher of PornHub.  The case is “in aid of and complementary to” the Alabama case and is “specifically aimed at preserving assets and resources” of the PornHub companies that are based here, Jarlath Ryan SC said.
