The chief commercial officer at the Port of Cork Company, Conor Mowlds, has resigned his position, The Currency has learned. It’s the second leadership loss in a week as long-standing board member Philip Smith died in hospital last weekend, The Currency has also learned. The port confirmed that Mowlds has stepped down.
