Perfect Stripe Ltd, a company backed by Paddy McKillen Jr and trading as Grafter, is suing the receivers to three companies that control properties occupied by the flexible office space business. Perfect Stripe Ltd filed the action on Thursday against Ken Fennell and Brendan O’Reilly of Interpath Advisory in their capacity as joint receivers of Wonder Bay Ltd, Crosville Property Ltd and Discovery Dawn Ltd.
