The hereditary owner of the Barne Estate was given a “secret”, “untraceable” mobile phone to keep in contact with US-based construction magnate Maurice Regan, the High Court has heard. Under cross examinaion for a second day, Richard Thomson-Moore gave evidence that he never used or availed of the phone and “ready-to-go” SIM card given to him by a Barne employee in contact with Regan on October 12, 2023.
