Two companies run by GAA manager and leading private emergency accommodation provider Séamus McEnaney have filed legal proceedings against the occupants of the famous House of The Dead property on Usher’s Island in the centre of Dublin. Brimwood Unlimited is taking the case together with Clarlan Limited, another family-run company. The case is being taken by Brimwood and Clarlan against “persons unknown in occupation” of the property. Brimwood received planning permission from Dublin City Council earlier this year to refurbish the famous Georgian building for use as a 10-apartment rental complex.
