Iconic Offices, an Irish-owned provider of flexible office space solutions, has taken over the day-to-day operations of its rival Grafter in three locations in Dublin. Iconic is managing three Grafter locations in Dublin 2 on a temporary basis after being asked to do so by Ken Fennell and Brendan O’Reilly of Interpath Advisory in their capacity as joint receivers of various companies that own these buildings.  The three locations are Smyth House on St Stephen’s Green, which houses among other tenants OpenAI, as well as Ely House on Ely Place, and Leeson House, on Leeson Street Lower.
