The chief financial officer of an Irish startup that has raised €10 million from investors has been granted an injunction in the High Court preventing his dismissal. Donal O’Donovan, a chartered accountant who previously worked with Roomex and the Digicel Group, joined Over-C, a public facilities management software company, only last August.
