The chief financial officer of an Irish startup that has raised €10 million from investors has been granted an injunction in the High Court preventing his dismissal.  Donal O’Donovan, a chartered accountant who previously worked with Roomex and the Digicel Group, joined Over-C, a public facilities management software company, only last August.  Justice David Keane told his employer Over-C on June 12 it was “restrained from repudiating Mr O’Donovan’s contract of employment pending the trial of the action.”  Justice Keane ordered that O’Donovan should be paid his salary for a period of six months from January 2020 provided he carried…
