High Court judge Siobhán Stack appointed Andrew O’Leary of Interpath as provisional liquidator of Steelworks Investment Ltd, a company controlled by businessman Jeff Leo, this Thursday. The liquidation was sought by barrister Stephen Walsh, representing Wennings Holdings Ltd, an Irish entity (itself in voluntary liquidation) beneficially owned by wealthy American investor Mary Wenning and already embroiled in a court dispute with Leo and several of his companies.
